As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Patient Care Attendant – 2 (PCA-2) is responsible for offering holistic care to patients of all ages, addressing their psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
This role emphasizes a person-centered approach while collaborating with healthcare professionals to support patient health and safety at home. You will be instrumental in fostering patient satisfaction in their communities. Key Responsibilities:
Offer personalized care across the patient lifespan
Assist with hygiene, meals,

Collaborate as part of the healthcare team Requirements:
High school diploma plus patient care training
Experience with adults will be an asset
Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver's License
Current CPR certification within the last 12 months
