Your role also includes providing clinical supervision to staff while adhering to Carewest's commitment to quality care and patient safety. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor client rehabilitation needs
Create and implement effective treatment strategies
Oversee clinical training for support staff and students
Promote optimal independence and quality of life for clients
Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols Requirements:
Relevant Master’s or Degree in Physical Therapy
Registration with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta
Prior clinical or continuing care experience preferred
AADL authorization advantageous
