Your responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and quality. Assist with equipment installation and setup for glulam production
Troubleshoot startup issues with team-oriented teams
Perform mechanical adjustments and preventive maintenance




Operate production equipment during high-demand periods
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
Certified Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) – Red Seal or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in industrial manufacturing environments
