CompucomStaffing seeks a Network Infrastructure Expert to work onsite in Ottawa, ON.

As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining a robust network setting. Your duties include preparing operation procedures, responding to tickets, and mentoring others in network best practices.

Modify and prepare network operational procedures and documentation
Respond effectively to network incidents and service requests




Conduct physical installations and cabling of network equipment
Maintain support for routing and switching infrastructure
Provide training to employees where applicable Requirements:
Bachelor's or related degree, or five years of IT experience
A minimum of three years in designing and supporting network infrastructures
Hands-on experience with Extreme/Avaya networks
Proficiency in VPN, firewall, and SDN solutions
