The Clinical

Risk & Administrative Manager (RPN/RN) will oversee client care and nursing operations. We're seeking a nurse with over 10 years of experience, emphasizing at least 5 years in home care.

Your role will include supporting field staff, managing clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance in a community healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:
Support nursing field staff and client operations
Monitor and investigate client risks effectively
Address and resolve staff concerns proactively
Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives
Act as a liaison for client intake and care coordination Requirements:
RPN or RN in valuable standing with CNO
10+ years nursing experience mandatory
5 years experience in home care within the GTA
Solid critical thinking and organizational skills
