Our client in Stratford is searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in a full time permanent role!As the Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for planning the warehouse layout to optimize space and prevent losses and damage. You will also be responsible for all daily operations in the warehouse including supervision of warehouse associates, drivers and delivery routes.Come join the team of this established company and be the recipient of a salary at $70,000.00 per year, solid benefit plan, paid days off in addition to vacation and Profit Sharing Plan at one year of service!Skill RequirementsHigh school diploma or college diploma in a related fieldThree (3) years of experience in a Supervisory role, Five (5) years of experience in Warehouse settingTactical, hands‑on, warehouse‑focused leaderAbility to make daily operational decisions, task execution, workflow adjustmentsAbility to multi‑task and meet deadlinesCreative problem‑solving and strategic thinkingStrong leadership, strong diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skillsCertified JHSC Member, First Aid CertificationWorking knowledge of MTO and MOL regulations and standardsKnowledge of local geographic areasValid Criminal Record CheckPosition ResponsibilitiesManage day‑to‑day warehouse floor operations and workflowSupervise and manage a team of warehouse associates and driversMaintain shift schedules to ensure adequate coverageCoordinate daily activities, assign tasks,
