This role ensures all work performed by internal crews and subcontractors meets company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.The role works closely with Project Managers, Operations, Service teams, and field crews to ensure projects are delivered with consistent quality, deficiencies are addressed proactively, and service requests are handled efficiently. The position plays a key role in bridging construction execution with post-completion service and warranty performance.Success in this role means projects are delivered with minimal deficiencies, service and warranty issues are resolved quickly and effectively, and field teams operate with clear quality expectations and accountability.
