Medavie is seeking an Enterprise Initiative Strategic Lead to drive enterprise transformation initiatives through a hybrid working model. This permanent role empowers you to align enterprise priorities with strategic outcomes. As a leader in the Enterprise Transformation Office, you will guide high-impact initiatives and define objectives in collaboration with Mission Sponsors and Business Leaders.

You will establish governance frameworks, foster team dynamics, and ensure timely decision-making to facilitate positive change throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Define and monitor initiative objectives and KPIs
Shape Mission-Based Teams for maximum effectiveness
Create governance structures for decision-making
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management

10+ years leading enterprise strategic initiatives
Experience with agile transformations and business strategies
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Proven ability to influence diverse teams
