Deliver outstanding resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Bethany in Calgary, Alberta.

Your role will focus on the holistic needs of residents through assessment and teamwork. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will conduct detailed assessments, document care accurately, and support residents in their daily lives. Fostering a positive culture of safety, you will also guide Health Care Aides and build constructive relationships within the interdisciplinary team. Assess and prioritize residents’ nursing care needs

Lead and support Health Care Aides in their duties Requirements:
Graduate of a recognized LPN program
Active CLHA registration in Alberta
Robust observation and communication skills
Previous LPN experience is preferred
