Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising shipment processes and acting as the primary contact for materials inquiries. Your expertise will ensure compliance with specifications and a smooth flow of materials in office. This role is essential for supporting both internal and client reporting through effective materials documentation and management. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project budgets and progress reports
Oversee offloading and inspecting materials for compliance




Document receiving process per established QA programs
Maintain organized documentation of receiving and vendor details
Conduct regular inspections for material accuracy and status Requirements:
3 years experience in shipping/receiving/stores
8 years in the petro-chemical or industrial manufacturing workplace
Deep understanding of pipes, fittings, and valves
Familiarity with “Bagging & Tagging” processes
