Formulate differential diagnoses and therapeutic plans
Engage residents and families in care discussions
Perform detailed physical examinations and monitor health

Participate in quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Registered Nurse in Extended Class in Ontario
At least 5 years' experience in gerontological care
Familiarity with long-term care regulations
