Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior Interior Designer, you will support the design and delivery of projects through various stages of execution while building your technical knowledge and design experience.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams on project tasks and deliverables from concept through completion, assisting with design development, production of working drawings, preparation of presentations, and project administration. You will contribute to design concepts, support documentation, coordinate with team members, and assist in maintaining project organization and timelines.

Position Requirements

- Strong creative, technical, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Graduate of a recognized Interior Design, Architecture, or Architectural Technology program




- Basic understanding of the design process and project phases
- Basic understanding of project organization and the ability to recognize the “big picture”
- Basic knowledge of construction details, methods, and materials
- Proficiency in REVIT, CAD, and Photoshop
- Rendering skills using REVIT and Photoshop
- Robust hand sketching, presentation, and design communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field is considered an asset
