We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to assist with our kitchen operations and provide support for our front-end retail store. This role primarily involves food preparation & customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12 - 6 pm, occasionally a longer shift

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Help manage inventory, including monitoring stock levels and assisting with supply orders.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in all food handling and preparation processes.
- Support packing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Assist in the retail store by answering questions, recommending products, and ringing through sales
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and product display areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow between kitchen and front-end operations.

Qualifications:




- Experience in food service or kitchen operations, with a solid interest in artisanal and handmade products.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional demeanour, with great communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
