In this role, you will assist in maintaining and enhancing landscapes through skilled operation of various hand tools and gas powered equipment such as lawn mowers, line-trimmers, and backpack blowers . (Must also be able to lift 50 lbs) Your enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude will help ensure beautiful, healthy, and well-kept outdoor settings. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in horticulture and landscape maintenance, while working outdoors in a client facing and team focused environment. Responsibilities

- Maintain lawns, gardens and landscaped areas by planting, pruning, mowing, fertilizing, and weeding
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks including edging, mowing, trimming, digging, and soil preparation
- Conduct routine landscape maintenance activities to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy




- Support overall site cleanup and ensure safety standards are followed during all operations

Qualifications

- Prior experience with landscape maintenance is an asset but not necessary
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining tools and equipment
- Familiarity with lawn maintenance, gardening techniques, and horticulture principles
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
- Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools
- Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to operate machinery safely is essential
