If so, join Westland’s People & Performance team and help shape a modern, competitive, and people-first rewards strategy.Expected CompensationThe expected hiring range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000, based on a 35-hour work week. a program to support causes that matter most to our employeesWhy we’ll love youProgressive experience in compensation or total rewards, including exposure to benefitsDemonstrated leadership experience, with a strong track record of coaching and developing team membersDeep expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, and market analysisStrong understanding of pay equity, compliance, and regulatory considerationsAdvanced analytical capability, including Excel-based modeling and data interpretationExperience partnering with senior leaders and influencing complex decisionsProven ability to lead projects and drive process improvementsExperience with HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred)CCP designation (or in progress) is an assetStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insightsOnce here you’llDesign, implement, and evolve compensation structures, programs, and policies aligned to business strategy and market competitivenessProvide expert consultation to leaders, HR Business Partners, and recruiters on pay decisions, job architecture, and compensation policy interpretationLead key compensation initiatives, including structure reviews, pay equity analysis, and incentive design, bringing forward insights and recommendations to senior leadershipOversee benefits and disability programs,



ensuring effective delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with employee needs and organizational prioritiesLeverage data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendationsOwn and optimize compensation and benefits modules within Dayforce, acting as a subject matter expert for configuration, enhancements, reporting, and process efficiencyLead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, direction, and support while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementWe strive to be much more than a great place to work.
