Mr. Shine Washing Service is a growing mobile RV washing and detailing business serving Victoria and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join us as a part time/casual washing assistant.

The Job

You’ll work alongside the owner helping with:
Washing and detailing RVs
Brushing, rinsing and drying exterior surfaces
Cleaning RV roofs and wheels
Setting up and putting away hoses and equipment
General job-site cleanup
Assisting with polishing/detailing as you gain experience

No skilled detailing experience is required. Training will be provided.

Physically capable and comfortable being on your feet
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Respectful around customers and their property
Comfortable working around ladders and RVs
Valid driver’s licence is an asset

Schedule Casual / Part-time





Approximately 1–3 days per week to start, depending on bookings and weather. There may be opportunities for additional hours as the business continues to grow.

This could be a great fit for someone looking for extra income alongside another job, school, or a flexible schedule.

Pay

$22–$25/hour, depending on experience and performance.

Paid training provided.
