This senior executive role involves overseeing national fundraising, cultivating donor relationships, and leading the Mission Engagement Advisor team.

You will collaborate with the WorldServe executive leadership to enhance organizational health and sustainability while passionately supporting missions that aid persecuted churches globally. Your expertise will help maximize fundraising efforts aligned with WorldServe's strategic direction. Key Responsibilities:
Showcase exceptional leadership in fundraising initiatives
Foster strategic partnerships with donors and organizations




Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team
Lead and mentor the Mission Engagement Advisor team
