This 12-month term position involves testing and analyzing various ingredients and dairy products from Tuesday to Saturday, 2 PM to 10:30 PM. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in a relevant field and possess a keen interest in dairy systems and quality control practices. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct microbiological analyses on raw and finished products
Prepare lab media and chemical solutions as needed
Collect plant environmental samples for evaluation
Communicate findings to Quality Control Supervisor
Enforce hold orders on non-compliant products Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree required
Prior experience in a microbiological laboratory is valuable
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
