As a member of the multidisciplinary team at Alberta Kidney Care-North, you'll assess and implement care for patients undergoing hemodialysis. Your contributions will support acute and chronic renal failure populations, providing essential patient and family-centered care. Administer hemodialysis treatments effectively
Conduct patient assessments and care planning

Graduation from a recognized LPN program
CLPNA registration or eligibility
Experience in Adult Acute Medicine/Surgery for 2 years
