Prepare detailed market value reports guided by a senior appraiser
Conduct comprehensive research on market sales and lease activities




Manage and maintain internal database systems effectively
Interview local market participants to gain valuable insights
Perform property inspections, including occasional travel Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 3+ years of experience relevant
Candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada
Familiarity with Argus Enterprise and financial calculations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
