Key Responsibilities
Execute M&A; transactions efficiently and effectively
Develop financial models and valuation assessments
Manage relationships with owners and advisors
Oversee due diligence across internal and external teams
Assist in all stages of negotiation and closing

Requirements:
At least 2 years of M&A; deal execution experience
Proven relationship management skills
