As a Logistics Coordinator focused on yeast operations, you’ll ensure effective logistics through collaboration with fermentation production and supply chain teams. Ensure shipments are handled with precision. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Logistics Clerk is responsible for coordinating yeast deliveries and managing essential logistics activities.

You will prepare shipment documentation, respond to carrier issues, and document shipments in relevant systems. Collaborating with internal teams will be critical to maintaining smooth operations across the board. Key Responsibilities:
Organize and plan yeast delivery schedules
Prepare essential shipment and customs documents
