• Assist and thank customers both in person and over the phone • Offer knowledgeable advice to promote client trust • Actively listen to customer vehicles' concerns • Prepare and discuss service work orders with customers • Schedule service appointments and manage expectations

Requirements: • Robust mechanical knowledge in automotive • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities • Flexibility to work various shifts • Valid driver's license for the province of employment • Good working knowledge of COSTAR is an asset
