Join the Heeman's team as the Tropical Plant Storage Coordinator, providing expert care for customer plants during the winter months. This full-time role combines plant maintenance with exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our greenhouse staff, you’ll nurture clients' tropical plants and help maintain a positive setting for both plants and guests. Your responsibilities will include watering, pruning, and organizing plants in storage, as well as addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about horticulture and committed to customer care.

Key Responsibilities:



• Care for all client plants overwintered in the greenhouse • Respond to customer inquiries about plant care • Maintain cleanliness in the greenhouse • Organize plant storage for optimal care conditions • Support production and overall facility maintenance

Requirements: • Experience in horticulture or greenhouse work mandatory • Grower Pesticide License to be obtained rapidly • Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends
