Location: Toronto-661 UniversityDepartment: Planning, Reporting & ComplianceThis posting is to fill a current vacancy.The RolePlease note: This posting is for up to three (3) Finance Student positionsKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with routine financial and administrative tasks to support day‑to‑day Finance operations.Support data entry, validation, and basic analysis in financial systems and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.Help prepare and organize financial documentation and supporting schedules for internal review and record‑keeping purposes.Assist with reconciliations and transaction reviews under supervision, including identifying discrepancies and documenting findings.Support purchasing card (P‑card) transaction reviews and reconciliations, ensuring appropriate documentation and coding.Assist with employee travel and expense claim reviews and preparation for posting in the financial system.Help document processes and procedures, including updating or drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.Participate in team meetings and learning opportunities to gain exposure to financial processes, controls,
