Lead IL6S program and conduct site assessments
Develop training and coaching plans to build CI capabilities
Monitor and report CI initiatives’ progress to leadership
Address gaps in productivity through focused improvement projects
Foster collaboration between technical and operational teams Requirements:
College diploma in a related field
Over 5 years in business strategy roles
At least 10 years in manufacturing
Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
