Manage complex insurance defense files from beginning to end
Independently prepare and present legal motions and trials




Draft opinions and mediation briefs effectively
Conduct training seminars for the claims team
Maintain clear communication with claims adjusters Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Current status with the Law Society of Alberta
At least two years in insurance litigation experience
Knowledge of multiple practice areas beneficial
