Advise on intellectual property and commercialization matters
Assist in contract compliance and reporting requirements
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to resolve issues
Develop and implement research policies and procedures
Stay informed on relevant legal and regulatory changes Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
Minimum two years practicing law
Experience with contracts and agreements
Robust communication skills and legal judgment
