Become the cornerstone of sales training as the Manager of Commercial Training and Education at Smith+Nephew in Mississauga, Ontario. You will lead recent hire onboarding, conduct ongoing training, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaboration with various teams will be key to design effective training programs aligned with corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute impactful training programs across franchises
Facilitate various learning sessions including in-field coaching




Ensure sales teams are certified and competent

Bachelor’s degree with 3–7 years in training or sales roles
Expertise in adult learning and sales methodologies
