As a Manager, you will support ongoing improvements, employee relations, and productive resource usage while collaborating with stakeholders. The position reports directly to the Program Director, contributing significantly to service excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Manage secure patient service delivery effectively
Implement best practices in patient-centered care
Collaborate with community and healthcare stakeholders
Guide PACU and Endoscopy unit's strategic initiatives
Mentor teams to navigate organizational changes Requirements:
Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing essential
Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
Minimum five years of clinical experience required
Experience leading teams in changing environments Lead strategic initiatives at Humber River Health and foster impactful patient services in North West Toronto.
