Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency
Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by assisting with plating and meal assembly




Ensure all food served meets quality standards through careful attention to detail
Follow safety protocols related to cooking equipment and food storage practices
Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Experience
Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting required
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques is essential
Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service expectations beneficial
Experience working in a rapid-paced environment that demands multitasking and teamwork
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment, meal preparation, and cooking techniques required
Food service experience demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude preferred
