Description:

We are a professional cabinet and millwork company specializing in both commercial and residential installations. We are looking for an experienced Lead Cabinet / Millwork Installer to join our team as a subcontractor.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute high-quality cabinet and millwork installations in residential and commercial projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans
- Measure, layout, level, and install cabinets, countertops, and custom millwork accurately
- Ensure proper fit, alignment, and finishing of all products
- Coordinate with site supervisors, general contractors, and other trades
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and make necessary adjustments
- Represent the company professionally on job sites

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a lead cabinet/millwork installer (commercial and residential preferred)
- Solid knowledge of installation techniques,



hardware, and finishing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Own reliable transportation and basic tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy materials
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Must be able to work as an independent subcontractor (own business/insurance preferred)
