Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Gutter Installer to join our construction team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation of gutters on residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. As a leader on-site, you will coordinate with team members, interpret blueprints and schematics, and manage project timelines to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of gutter installers, providing guidance and support throughout each project
- Measure, cut, and fit gutters using hand tools such as saws, drills, and caulking guns with precision
- Ensure proper sealing of gutters through caulking to prevent leaks and water damage
- Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain safety protocols on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools




- Assist in restoration or repair projects involving gutters or related exterior elements when needed

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction with a focus on gutter installation or related exterior work
- Skilled in using hand tools, carpentry techniques
- Knowledge of plumbing principles relevant to drainage systems and gutter Experience
- Familiarity with restoration projects involving exterior building components
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
