Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) seeks a Lead Strategy and Transformation Consultant to join the Compliance Technology team. This role bridges business strategy, regulatory requirements, and technical delivery, serving as a critical link between Compliance, Risk, and Engineering stakeholders. You will perform primarily as a Technical Business Analyst, translating complex compliance challenges into product requirements and technical solutions.

You will work autonomously on ambiguous problems, collaborate with senior executives, and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen RBC's compliance posture while optimizing operational efficiency.
