This individual will report tothe Director ofFinancial Planning & Analysis .Job OverviewThe Inventory Analyst is responsible forinventory accuracy and inventory control processes within the organization, focusing on either manufacturing operations (raw materials, packaging, bulk materials, finished goods) or retail operations (finished goods at retail stores and warehouses). The Inventory Analyst works closely with production or store teams to investigate variances,identifyroot causes, implement corrective actions, and support ERP/WMS and MRP processes to ensure informed supply chain and business decisions.Inventory ControlsAudit and improve inventory control processes to drive accuracy and continuous improvement.Recommend industry best practices and optimize inventory management across impacted departments.Analyze cycle count results, adjust inventory as required, and manage shortdated, excess,
