You will play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture by aligning leadership and talent development initiatives with business priorities.This role requires a strategic thinker and hands on practitioner who can translate organizational needs into practical development solutions, strengthen succession pipelines, and elevate leadership effectiveness across the firm.RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership and Management Development ProgramsDesign and implement leadership and management development programs aligned with business objectivesAssess leadership capability gaps and develop targeted development solutionsPartner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness across the organizationDevelop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with short and long term organizational goalsPartner with stakeholders to assess current and future talent needsLearning InitiativesLead the design and delivery of impactful learning solutions for team members at all levelsLeverage diverse learning modalities (in-person, virtual, experiential, digital)
to enhance engagement and effectivenessPartner with subject matter experts to ensure programs reflect industry best practicesPerformance and EngagementEnhance performance management processes to ensure clarity, accountability, and alignment with organizational goalsProvide guidance to leaders on goal setting, feedback, and development planningSupport initiatives that strengthen team member engagement and skilled growthCoaching and MentorshipOversee mentorship and coaching initiatives to support leadership and career growthEquip leaders with coaching capabilities to support their teams effectivelyCOMPETENCIESAdvising and Coaching – Assess stakeholder needs and provide practical guidance that supports performance and growthAssessment and Insight – Evaluate talent, programs, and processes to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunitiesChange Leadership – Guide individuals and teams through change with clarity and sustained impactExperience Design – Create meaningful development experiences and translate them into scalable programsProject Management – Lead initiatives from planning through execution while balancing scope, timelines, and resourcesSystems and Digital Fluency – Effectively leverage learning platforms and HR systemsFacilitation & Communication – Deliver engaging learning experiences and communicate with clarity and influenceKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leadership and talent developmentPost‑secondary education in Leadership, Adult Education, Organizational Development,
Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing leadership and talent programsStrong understanding of adult learning principles and organizational development practicesStrong project management and organizational skillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple prioritiesExperience leveraging learning technologies and platformsRelevant certifications (e.G., coaching, facilitation, OD) are considered an assetWHAT WE OFFERA culture of openness, collaboration and respect is foundational to our firm.
