You will create engaging visual and motion assets that capture attention, support A/B testing strategies, and improve key marketing performance metrics. Working in a fast-paced agency environment, you will collaborate closely with media, content, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life for enterprise B2B brands. Your work will span static visuals, motion graphics, and short-form video optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. You will also contribute to landing page design and conversion-focused experiments, ensuring creative output aligns with business objectives. This is a highly collaborative and iterative role where creativity is combined with performance insights and continuous optimization.AccountabilitiesDesign high-performing static and digital advertising assets, including ad creatives and landing pages, optimized for conversion and performance metrics.Create motion graphics and short-form video content tailored for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Edit and adapt video content into multiple formats and aspect ratios aligned with platform requirements and audience behavior.Collaborate with media and content teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign goals and audience insights.Maintain robust brand consistency while adapting visuals for different segments, channels,
