Join our team as a Maintenance Planner, specializing in scheduling and planning activities to support equipment reliability and maximize plant efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure maintenance tasks are executed smoothly.
In this pivotal position, you will manage all aspects of maintenance work orders, ensuring they are properly prepared, prioritized, and resourced. You will engage with Maintenance, Production, Procurement, and Spare Parts teams to ensure timely execution, focusing on equipment availability and reliability while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively plan and schedule maintenance tasks for on-time completion • Assess and prioritize work requests based on risk and criticality • Create detailed work orders including tasks and resource needs • Collaborate with teams to ensure materials are ready for use • Maintain accurate records within the CMMS system
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field • 2–5 years of relevant maintenance planning experience • Proficiency in maintenance planning software and CMMS • Solid organizational and multitasking skills • Collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
