You will lead the development and implementation of scalable, globally consistent HR programs that drive organizational performance and employee experience. This includes key HR lifecycle areas such as Total Rewards, Talent Management, Performance Management, Policies, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement, ensuring alignment with business strategy and effective delivery across all regions.Alongside this, you will partner with senior leaders to support business priorities, providing thoughtful guidance and helping to scale HR support across the organization.You will also contribute to HR operations, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality delivery across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding in close collaboration with the broader HR team.This is a highly impactful, hands‑on role with global scope across Canada, the US, the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and future regions. You will play a key role in shaping HR programs from design through to execution, building foundational capabilities, and driving initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and long‑term goals.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Programs & Policy DesignLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global HR programs across key lifecycle areas, including Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Policies, and Learning & Development.Develop and maintain a globally consistent policy framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regional requirements.Own and drive key HR initiatives aligned to organizational priorities, Board direction, HR Goals, and Key Results.Partner with HR colleagues and leadership to ensure effective rollout, adoption, and sustainability of programs across all regions.Monitor program effectiveness, establish success metrics, and continuously evolve offerings to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.Design and support the delivery of global compensation programs, including annual salary reviews, frameworks,
and governance.Drive initiatives that promote a high‑performance, feedback‑driven culture aligned with organizational values.Enable leaders through frameworks, tools, and training to effectively manage performance, development, and team effectiveness.Partner on initiatives to strengthen employer brand, including employee value proposition and external platforms such as Glassdoor.Business Partnering & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted partner to leaders, aligning people programs with business goals.Support workforce planning, team effectiveness, and organizational design.Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance engagement, performance, and retention.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle ManagementProvide day‑to‑day operations support, including employee documentation, HR inquiries, and record management.Support onboarding and offboarding processes.Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support recruitment activities when required.Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to inform continuous improvement initiatives.HR Systems, Data & Continuous ImprovementLead enhancements to HR systems such as BambooHR as they relate to the people programs (including workflows and automation to support scalable program delivery).Ensure data accuracy, reporting capability, and actionable insights across HR metrics.Develop documentation, templates, and tools to enable efficient HR operations.Train managers and employees on HR systems and processes as required.Compliance, Governance & Global SupportEnsure HR practices comply with local labor laws, employment standards, and data privacy regulations across regions.Maintain awareness of regional requirements and partner with local experts where needed.Cross‑Functional Support & ProjectsContribute to global and regional HR projects and initiatives.Maintain HR knowledge resources and internal documentation (for example Confluence).Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to ensure continuity and shared accountability.Key Requirements5+ years of progressive experience in HR program management, including total rewards and HR business partnering.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, etc.)
