Perform inspections and evaluate work area safety
Advise on Ledcor’s Health and Safety Management System




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Facilitate safety training and orientation for new hires
Assist in developing site-specific safety materials Requirements:
5+ years of experience in heavy civil or mining
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (CRSP or equivalent)
Robust consulting and communication skills
Background in risk assessment and safety training
