This full time position works closely with the Director of Advancement and requires a minimum of three years’ experience in fundraising. Ideal candidates will be relationship-focused, culturally aware, and skilled at engaging a variety of stakeholders including parents, alumni, and community members. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate recent major donors
Build engagement strategies for existing supporters
Schedule and conduct personal donor meetings
Manage reporting and recognition for donor contributions
Support the development of multi-year fundraising plans Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Three years of progressive fundraising experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar
Solid understanding of cultural influences in philanthropy Drive impactful giving and support the mission of St.
