We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to join our security team. The Loss Prevention

Officer will be responsible for monitoring activities, investigating incidents, and implementing security protocols to deter loss and ensure safety.

Duties
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor store or facility activity for suspicious behavior.
Observe and identify potential theft or security breaches through active monitoring and patrols.
Respond promptly to incidents, including theft, vandalism, or safety hazards, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in investigations related to theft or security violations.
Maintain detailed records of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.
Implement loss prevention strategies by educating staff on security procedures and best practices.




Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify vulnerabilities or safety concerns.
Assist with training new team members on surveillance procedures and loss prevention policies.

Requirements
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or loss prevention is highly desirable.
Solid knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and security protocols.
Excellent observational skills with the ability to recognize suspicious activities quickly.
Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations.
Strong communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining vigilance throughout shifts.
Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond swiftly when needed.
Must be able to pass background checks and any required security clearances. This role is essential in protecting company assets while ensuring a safe setting for employees and customers alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.76-$22.85 per hour
