Become a pivotal force at United Way Greater Toronto as a Senior Manager, Salesforce Architecture & Platform Strategy. Spearhead impactful Salesforce solutions that shape community service delivery. Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, you will design and govern Salesforce strategies aligned with community goals.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Salesforce Product Owners and other teams to implement scalable, secure, and creative solutions aimed at improving local services. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the technical strategy and architecture for Salesforce
Develop integrated solutions for donor and constituent engagement
Evaluate and recommend current Salesforce functionalities
Lead security and risk management for the Salesforce platform
Enhance data governance across systems Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
8–10 years in designing Salesforce solutions
Minimum 5 years in a leadership capacity
Solid experience with enterprise integration and APIs
