Drive leadership excellence in a bilingual role as a Senior Manager of Leadership Development. Focus on creating and sustaining impactful leadership programs in English and French. In this position, you'll design enterprise-wide leadership strategies and manage the end-to-end delivery of programs.

You will work closely with the People & Culture team to develop a diverse leadership pipeline while balancing budgets, allocating resources, and overseeing vendor relationships. Your expertise in assessment tools and contemporary instructional practices will be essential. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement leadership development strategies
Lead program design and delivery from start to finish
Ensure partnership with People & Culture for leadership enhancement
Manage annual budgets and resource allocations
Establish KPIs to track program success Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in leadership development roles
Fluent in English and French
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or similar
Knowledge of coaching frameworks and L&D; trends
