Located in the Western Zone of South Shore Regional Hospital, you will be accountable for delivering top-notch patient care and leading nursing practice development.
This permanent, full time position emphasizes capacity building through collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Educator. As a Clinical Practice Leader, you will integrate educational strategies with clinical excellence for improved patient experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Enhance patient care strategies within the Acute Medical Unit
Foster collaboration among healthcare teams
Implement educational and competency-based initiatives
Uphold standards of clinical safety and quality
Mentor and support nursing staff in practice development Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing Degree required
Five years’ recent clinical nursing practice
Current BCLS certification
Registered or eligible for NSNMR
Solid interpersonal and leadership skills Drive positive change in nursing practice at Nova Scotia Health while making a difference in patient care.
