Your responsibilities will involve assessing existing HR processes, identifying operational strengths and weaknesses, and collaborating across departments to ensure effective Workday preparation. The aim is to deliver a streamlined, compliant, and efficient HR landscape. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and document HR processes across various functions
Identify process gaps and recommend compliant solutions
Maintain governance frameworks and standard operating procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment
Monitor adherence to documented controls and processes

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or similar fields
7+ years in HR transformation or related roles
Robust knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday
Experience in recruitment process optimization
