Supervise and support Junior Lifeguards and Aquatic Assistants
Act as the primary on-deck liaison with Guest Services
Lead emergency response and inclement weather protocols
Ensure compliance with aquatic safety regulations
Respond to complex incidents, providing first aid and rescue Requirements:
Current Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Award
National Lifeguard Award required
Standard First Aid certification
Leadership experience and effective communication skills
