As a Machine Tender, you will handle raw materials, perform setups, and support quality control processes. With solid problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety, you will optimize machine performance and collaborate with colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and blend adhesives for manufacturing
Load, splice, and thread raw materials through machines
Perform machine changeovers and adjust machine components
Unload jumbo rolls and change shafts safely
Record material usage for inventory management Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift license or ability to obtain one
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
