Responsibilities include facilitating training, developing learning briefs, and analyzing critical data trends from field observations. Implement key aspects of the Human Performance program




Provide training on NSC and facilitate learning teams
Analyze trends from safety observations and provide support
Conduct assessments and surveys related to Hu and NSC
Contribute to safety or quality investigations Requirements:
Post-Secondary Education in a related field
Solid collaboration and communication abilities
Familiarity with HOP in the nuclear sector
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations
