Key Responsibilities
Lead port engineering teams in safety and collaboration
Oversee all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Direct maintenance budgets, capital projects, and improvements
Facilitate dry-dock planning and inspections for the fleet
Investigate and resolve equipment and system failures
Requirements:
Engineering degree or related apprenticeship certification
6+ years of leadership experience in operational settings
Marine Certificate of Competency preferred
Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and reliability
Proven track record of troubleshooting and decision-making
